Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead our commercial efforts in France and North Africa. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage relationships with key customers, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve commercial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform commercial strategies.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or sales management, preferably with expertise in CRM.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Market and industry understanding, as well as knowledge of key consumers and segments.
  • Customer and prospect product and process understanding.
  • Knowledge of company products and production processes.
  • Key account planning and project management methodologies.
  • Customer service and CRM management methodologies.
  • Analysis and reporting methodologies.
  • Budget management.
  • IT tools and applications, including ERP and Office.
