Job Title: Back Office Spare Parts

Location: Remote

The Back Office Spare Parts role is a critical position within the Sales Area - Spare Parts team at Blm Group. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative and customer contact activities, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Manage customer requests while meeting planned timelines, establishing a positive and valuable relationship with the customer.
  • Order Management: Enter and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, performing periodic checks on payments.
  • Document Control: Maintain document control and filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
  • Complaint and Reminders Management: Manage complaints and reminders, corresponding with customers to resolve issues.
  • Logistics Management: Plan shipments, pick-ups, and deliveries to/from customers, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma and/or degree with a business or linguistic focus.
  • Experience: Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of English and a second language (French and Spanish) at least at B2 level.
  • Skills: Ability to work with order, precision, and accuracy, as well as interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and deal with customers.

Nice to Have:

  • Language Skills: Knowledge of a third foreign language (B2/C1).
