**About the Role**

LHH RS is seeking a highly skilled Structured Finance Specialist to join our Diversity & Inclusion Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financing sources, supporting the company's debt/equity structure, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage financing sources and general support in managing the company's debt/equity structure
  • Coordinate with the administration area for data coming from company accounting and with the planning and control area for the periodic preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Support extraordinary finance operations based on need, renewal activities of the insurance package, and management of the guarantee line
  • Coordinate with BUs/Directions for the identification of Investments and for the preparation of the required documentation

**Requirements**

  • Belonging to the protected categories L.68/99
  • Management engineering, Economics, and business (specialization in finance considered a plus)
  • Approx. 5 years of experience
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary and classification based on experience
