Ferrara, a leading sugar confectioner, is seeking a Transformational Innovation Manager to lead the development of innovative projects that transform the category. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting strategic analysis, and leading cross-functional teams to build business cases and drive transformational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize transformational opportunities with InTech (RD)
  • Conduct strategic analysis of white space opportunities and develop business cases
  • Lead technical and commercial cross-functional teams to build and execute business cases
  • Partner with key Senior Leadership Team members and Executive Chairman to ensure alignment and strategic direction
  • Strategically navigate roadblocks and own launch recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of project management or consulting experience with top-tier consulting firm
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience and ability to manage projects with executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
