Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. This includes managing client relationships, collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals, and closely collaborating with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposal development process from customer needs to final presentation
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with technical team for proposal consistency
  • Collaborate with internal tender office for administrative aspects of public and private tenders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Proposal Manager role, preferably in Public Infrastructure works
  • Industry knowledge of Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with background in Civil Design and/or Hydraulic
  • Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and French
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and company functions

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
