Infrastructure Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development process of infrastructure project proposals, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. They will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the entire proposal development process
  • Managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team
  • Closely collaborating with the internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders

Required skills and experience include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager
  • Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation
