About the job
We are looking for a Logistic Structure Equipments Planner to join our team at our Headquarter in Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO). As a key member of our Logistics Engineering and Operations team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the budget for the purchasing of logistic equipment and related activities.
Your main activities will include:
- Logistic asset status check and improvement
- Preparation of equipment technical specifications
- Evaluation of technical offers
- Management of external suppliers for procurement, maintenance, and certification of equipment
- Planning for equipment relocation and warehouse relayout
- LSP contract update regarding logistic equipment implementation or modification
- Collection of relevant information for DUVRI preparation/update
- Verification of application of Safety rules by LSP
- Check of Dangerous Goods status in terms of storage rules and material location
- Interface with other entities (Logistics, Infrastructures, IT, Purchases, Safety, External suppliers)
About you
- University Degree in Mechanical/Management/Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high volume manufacturing/automotive warehouse environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD
- Strong Project Management capabilities
- Experience in working with Logistic Service Providers and external suppliers
- Experience in safety regulations
- Experience in problem-solving
- Fluent English, Italian, and German will be considered a plus
- Strong personality and ability to implement actions/activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Team working attitude and Customer orientation
