About the job
We're seeking a skilled Logistic Structure Planner to define and manage the budget necessary to carry out the purchasing of logistic equipment and related activities. As an interface between Automobili Lamborghini, Logistic Service Provider, production, and external suppliers, you'll be responsible for plausibility of offers from suppliers of logistics services/equipment and the management of logistics assets.
Your main activities will be:
- Logistic asset status check (maintenance organization, check status) and improvement
- Preparation of the equipment technical specification
- Evaluation of the technical offers
- Management of the external supplier in order to procure/maintain and certificate the equipment
- Planning for equipment relocation and warehouse relayout
- LSP contract update regarding logistic equipment implementation or modification
- Collection of the relevant information to prepare/update the DUVRI
- Verification of the application of the Safety rules by the LSP (inspections, walk around, 5S, interference, certifications)
- Check the Dangerous Goods status in terms of storage rules and material location, liaising with AL and SLI Safety department
- Interface with other entities (Logistics, Infrastructures, IT, purchases, Safety, External suppliers etc.
About you
- University Degree in Mechanical/Management/Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in high volume manufacturing/automotive warehouse environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD
- Strong Project Management capabilities
- Experience in working together with an Logistic service provider and external suppliers
- Experience in safety regulations
- Experience in problem solving
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving

- Team working attitude and Customer orientation
