TN Italy is looking for a talented Sales and Growth Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, and will have a strong understanding of the life sciences market and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and drive results
  4. Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
