About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our online community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate, offensive, or sensitive content in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation policies and provide feedback on platform guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in content moderation.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
