Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Video Content Moderator to join our team at CBT - Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have German language skills and be able to review online advertisements and remove inappropriate content from a streaming service platform.

Responsibilities
  • Review online advertisements for compliance with platform guidelines
  • Remove inappropriate content from the streaming service
  • Review ads for relevance to the target audience
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines
Schedule

The successful candidate will work a rotating shift schedule, including 24/7 coverage, with regular breaks and time off. The schedule will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

Requirements
  • German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
  • English language proficiency at B2 level
  • No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
  • Valid EU ID and residence card
  • Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022)
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, language premium bonus, meal allowance, transportation bonus, and a yearly target bonus. Additionally, the company offers health insurance, life insurance, and a family plan. The contract will be for 2 months of training followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 30-day probation period.

Recruitment Process
