About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who is dedicated to mission-critical facilities to become part of our expanding Science, Industry, and Technology Building Services Engineering team in Milan.

Our engineers thrive in an interdisciplinary setting, focused on designing structures that deliver maximum value to our clients while minimizing environmental impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital member of the Building Services Engineering Senior Team, overseeing multidisciplinary projects and providing technical mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Act as the senior engineer responsible for managing client interactions and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to define electrical design parameters and coordinate with various disciplines regarding electrical requirements.
  • Design comprehensive electrical systems, including emergency power systems, backup power solutions, lightning protection, small power distribution, grounding systems, ICT infrastructure, building automation, photovoltaic systems, and safety and security measures.

  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
  • Experience with data center or industrial building projects.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical system design.
  • Familiarity with BIM processes and proficiency in Revit, including parametric design.
  • Proficient in both English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills suited for a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to embrace new challenges.
