Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Change Management Specialist to play an integral part in helping our EMEA Business Group maximize the outcomes of our transformation programs. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will work closely with our HR Leadership team, Project Directors, and PMOs to shape and deliver change management interventions across one or more transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a structured methodology to execute change management activities for our transformational projects.
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the transformational projects and initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of changes, including training and communication plans, in close collaboration with talent management and communication teams.
  • Support the identification and design of adoption metrics to ensure the change is successfully embedded.
  • Act as a go-to expert in change management, applying the use of business group change management process and tools.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in change management.
  • Proven experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools running major projects.
  • Experience in interpreting concepts and presenting to all levels in the organization.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with good attention to detail and execution skills.
  • Good problem-solving and root cause identification skills, with the ability to find pragmatic solutions.
