Job Title: Accounting Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Support Specialist to join our team at De'Longhi Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Manage vendor master data, including vendor statements and discrepancies
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse departments to resolve price discrepancies and missing entry goods
  • Manage petty cash and fixed assets, including analysis and reconciliation
  • Prepare and review employee travel expenses and posting
  • Monitor and manage accounting processes, including daily bank reconciliation and preparation of reconciliations package
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Information Technology
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance department
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
