About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the Big-Four technology companies, providing support to customers from Italy with account and billing issues.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling billing-related issues, managing and securing customers' accounts, and escalating unresolved cases to 2nd level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers from Italy to provide support for account and billing issues
  • Handle billing-related issues and manage customers' accounts
  • Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in Italian
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Prior customer support experience
  • Familiarity with the world of technology
