Gi Group Italia cerca un Sales Account Specialist per il suo team commerciale. In questo ruolo, avrai la responsabilità di analizzare il tessuto imprenditoriale locale, pianificare strategie commerciali per l'acquisizione di società clienti, elaborare preventivi e concludere trattative e accordi commerciali.

Attività principali:
  • Gestire la relazione con aziende clienti e prospect client e con gli stakeholders del territorio, al fine di diventare un punto di riferimento per tutti gli enti e le aziende;
  • Supportare le aziende clienti nell'analisi delle loro esigenze, orientandoli verso la migliore soluzione fornendo una consulenza professionale grazie all'utilizzo di strumenti innovativi che avrai a disposizione seguendo l'intero processo di vendita dei nostri servizi;
Requisiti:
  • Provenienza da esperienza pregressa nella vendita di servizi HR in contesti strutturati o esperienza nel ruolo di Sales Account Specialist in agenzie per il lavoro o società di ricerca e selezione nel territorio richiesto;
  • Forte spirito imprenditoriale, determinazione ad operare per raggiungere obiettivi sfidanti, ottime capacità relazionali, spiccato orientamento al cliente e al risultato ed approccio consulenziale alla vendita;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese data la dimensione internazionale dell'azienda;
