Job Title: In Store Key Account Specialist

Job Summary:

As an In Store Key Account Specialist at Heinz, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key retail partners in the Umbria and Toscana regions. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and market share for Heinz products by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with store managers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and supervise regularly the assigned retail stores to ensure that Heinz products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Negotiate with store managers and buyers to secure prime shelf space and promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the sales team and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-6 months of experience in sales or trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
