Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Management Specialist to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our Property Book Office, you will play a lead role in the development of our Government Property Management Systems Committee (GPSC) system and mentor junior Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement functional procedures and processes that align with Government Property Manager (GPM) requirements and site appendix.
  • Generate, coordinate, and submit revisions or changes to property procedures/work instructions.
  • Establish and maintain record controls to ensure the status of all Government/Customer property can be readily ascertained.
  • Coordinate property management matters with affected departments, organizations, or groups.
  • Support property reviews and audits as required.
  • Collaborate with the GPSC on Government/Customer property-related matters.
  • Support the GPSC in aligning site processes with Government Property Management objectives and requirements.
  • Ensure KBR's ability to manage Government/Customer property onsite, regardless of organizational control.
  • Define, communicate, assign, and execute responsibilities for Government/Customer property.
  • Lead a committee of Property Coordinators.
  • Act as the site's primary contact point with the AGPC organization.
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of employment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.
  • Requires Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of documented experience as a Property Book Officer.
  • Must have a graduation certificate for GCSS-A Property Book Level course.
  • Must have a valid Italian Work Permit/Visa.
  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
