Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our team in Milan.

The successful candidate will drive the expansion of our client base and sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Drive business development and sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the metals industry;
  • Lead the establishment of a new warehouse facility with a capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes of Pig Iron;
  • Collaborate with partners in Brazil to establish and maintain efficient supply chain networks;
  • Work with local logistics companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products throughout Italy;

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in Italian is essential, with strong proficiency in English;
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and logistics, preferably within the metals or related industries;
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes;
