The successful candidate will drive the expansion of our client base and sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Drive business development and sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded;
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies;
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the metals industry;
- Lead the establishment of a new warehouse facility with a capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes of Pig Iron;
- Collaborate with partners in Brazil to establish and maintain efficient supply chain networks;
- Work with local logistics companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products throughout Italy;
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Fluency in Italian is essential, with strong proficiency in English;
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and logistics, preferably within the metals or related industries;
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes;
