The Role

We're building an industry-defining accounting finance software and need someone with expertise in finance and accounting to support our high demand for new customer onboardings. You'll work closely with our founders, engineering, and GTM teams to support our existing customers and help define Rillet's product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide valuable accounting finance expertise to our founders, GTM, and product teams
  • Support our customers with onboarding, product requirements, and best practices
  • Be the advocate for our customers, understanding and empathizing with their needs, and working with our product engineering teams to bring those to life
  • Take on special projects and support product and GTM initiatives
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of work experience at a top-tier accounting firm and/or startup in a finance/accounting role
  • Client-facing experience with a service-minded approach towards our customers, preferably in high-growth startups
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers
