Beverage Industry Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Trade Manager (Beluga Vodka) to join our team in Milan/Roma. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beverage industry and the ability to navigate complex relationships within the on-trade sector.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and executing strategic plans to expand our presence in the on-trade industry.
  • Pursuing new business opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including bartenders, bar managers, and other influencers within the on-trade industry.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High education in Economics/Marketing/Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the beverage industry or experience with premium brands (preferably in FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of the on-trade spirits industry and cocktail culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
