Project Management Office Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to project leaders and project managers, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine resource needs and requirements for projects.
- Develop and implement resource allocation plans to optimize resource utilization and ensure project success.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and standards, conducting project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to project governance and project controls.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing projects within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
You will possess exceptional leadership skills, coupled with a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Your strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to align projects with business objectives, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and navigate complex project challenges.
