About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and execute project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Develop project budgets, closely monitoring and managing expenditures, to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Drive efficiency and adaptability in project management processes and implement innovative project management software solutions to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.
- Proactively identifying and implementing innovative strategies to optimize project timelines, and deliverables, and championing a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management certification, such as PMP.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with experience in establishing facilities, utilities, and site infrastructure in greenfield projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
