About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our logistics and supply chain management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by developing and executing strategic plans to optimize our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to improve logistics and supply chain efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and desired outcomes
  • Develop project budgets, closely monitor and manage expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints
  • Allocate and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives
  • Make decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and controlling of resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field
  • Project management certification, such as PMP, is preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, experience with automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and preferably experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience with expansion projects is a must
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • You are fluent in English
