Supply Chain Internship: Logistics and Customer Service Planning

Position Overview

We provide dynamic and rewarding internship opportunities for exceptional students. As a participant in the Supply Network Operations (SNO) team, you will engage in one or multiple projects focused on supply chain management. From day one, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities and contribute to projects that are vital to our supply chain's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your supervisor, along with daily training and mentorship, you will oversee your project in areas such as supply chain planning, logistics initiatives with clients, or managing warehousing and transportation operations at Procter & Gamble.
  • Overseeing the flow of information related to orders, shipments, and invoices.
  • Directing the physical distribution process from the distribution center to the customer’s location.
  • Anticipating customer demand.
  • Assisting in sales forecasting for our products.
  • Designing supply chain configurations for new product launches.
  • Aiding in the management of our logistical partnerships with clients.

Qualifications:

Candidates should be undergraduates with an intermediate diploma or graduates, demonstrating leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a track record of achieving significant results, with fluency in English. Practical experience through internships or work placements in logistics and extracurricular activities is preferred.

To proceed with your application, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Eligible for an internship (currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree with strong academic performance).
  • Proficient in Italian and possess excellent communication skills in English.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months.
