Are you enthusiastic about supply chain management and data interpretation? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist our IT Market Logistics Manager in strategic planning and enhancing logistic processes.

This position provides the chance to collaborate closely with distributors, transporters, and our Supply Chain Community, ensuring the efficient functioning of our market logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain current planning models to improve visibility and monitoring of business-related market, supply, and sales data;
  • Aid in monthly performance evaluations, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to deadlines;
  • Compile and verify data accuracy, organizing information to prepare source data for line management and other departments;
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations tailored to business requirements;
  • Input data from source documents within specified timeframes;
  • Assist with specific projects as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, economics, or related fields;
  • Practical experience in logistics or a similar capacity;
  • Proficiency in English and Italian;
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, or similar platforms is advantageous.
