Performance Validation Engineer

- Developing a comprehensive strategy for Verification and Validation (V&V) testing along with a cohesive testing plan;
- Conducting assessments to determine maturity levels;
- Validating that all vehicle functionalities meet the designated maturity criteria;
- Ensuring timely achievement of maturity levels in accordance with project milestones;
- Overseeing and coordinating all V&V activities for both the system and its sub-systems;
- Generating status reports that include risk assessments and necessary escalations for any discrepancies;
- Delivering status updates to high-level management;
- Compiling and presenting the vehicle characteristics report;
- Planning, preparing, and actively participating in management-level test drives.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle testing, validation, or automotive development;
- Proven experience in delivering presentations to management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with Whole Vehicle Development processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional and multicultural environment;
- Ability to effectively communicate project timelines and progress to management;
- Capability to collaborate and function within a cross-functional team;
- Resilience and determination to tackle significant challenges;
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade and assert effectively;
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
