Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Efficiency Intern to join our team at Gucci EMEA. As an Inventory Efficiency Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our Inventory Efficiency tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve Inventory Efficiency tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Load and maintain relevant data in Internal and External reports, including Stock On Hand, Stock Available, sales, pending transfer quantity, Assortment details, Location Capacity, Saturation level, etc.
  • Deep dive and investigate any worrying situations, identifying structural corrective actions in partnership with Regional merchandising and Inventory Planning.
  • Develop and maintain relevant reports, dashboards, and KPIs pertaining to Inventory Efficiency activities.
  • Develop, support, and maintain documentation for the team.

Requirements

  • Structured approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ownership, creativity, and willingness to develop new solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Well-organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Access, Excel, and database applications, with PowerBI a plus.
