Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our EMEA CRM team in Milan as a Consumer Insights Analyst. This internship opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your analysis, reporting, and presentation skills, as well as gain experience working with different stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Develop Client Engagement driver logics
  • Organize and analyze data using specific tools of Retail and Client Insights & Analytics
  • Develop analytical and presentation skills through proficient use of Excel and Power Point

What You Will Learn

  • Develop analytical skills
  • Gain knowledge of Gucci products or clients
  • Learn Gucci/Corporate processes, values, and ways of working
  • Develop team working skills
  • Develop critical thinking and autonomy
  • Learn proficient usage of work tools (e.g., Power Point & Excel)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields
  • Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required
  • Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
