Position Overview

Your Role
Situated within the Design Office, you will be tasked with managing the product development processes for the MRTW collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Design Office and the RTW Department.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Office to gather inputs and sketches for upcoming collections.
  • Provide a comprehensive technical perspective throughout the product creation process.
  • Identify and address potential challenges in the collection development phase.
  • Pursue innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Novara RTW Product Development and Pattern Making teams.
  • Participate in fitting meetings to ensure product alignment with design intent.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant post-qualification experience (minimum of 10 years) in a comparable position.
  • Profound technical expertise in RTW collection development within luxury brands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and focus on details.
  • A collaborative professional who can foster effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on interpersonal interactions.
  • A dedicated team player, capable of engaging with colleagues across various functions and levels.
  • Highly organized, demonstrating meticulousness to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
