Position Overview

Core Responsibilities


• Enhance and sustain the Inventory Efficiency tools to ensure data integrity and uniformity;


• Input and manage pertinent data in both Internal and External reports: Current Stock, Available Stock, sales figures, pending transfer quantities, Assortment specifics, Location Capacity, Saturation metrics, etc.;


• Conduct thorough investigations into any concerning situations and collaborate with Regional merchandising and Inventory Planning to identify long-term corrective measures;
• Create and uphold relevant reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to Inventory Efficiency initiatives;


• Develop, assist, and maintain documentation for the team. Skills and Competencies


• Methodical approach to problem-solving/design thinking, data-driven decision-making;


• Sense of ownership, innovation, and eagerness to devise new solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction;


• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines;


• Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;


• Proficiency in Access, Excel, and database applications; familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous;


• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
