Job Opportunity

As a key member of the Design Office at Guccio Gucci S.p.A., you will oversee the product development processes for the MRTW collection. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury fashion and the ability to work closely with the Design Office in Milan and the RTW Department in Novara.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between the Design Office and the RTW Department
  • Work closely with the Design Office to receive inputs and sketches for new collection development
  • Bring a technical point of view to the creation of products
  • Anticipate potential issues in collection development
  • Liaise daily with the Novara RTW Product Development and Pattern Making Department
  • Attend fitting meetings

Requirements

  • Extensive post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Deep technical knowledge of RTW collection development in luxury companies
  • A problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative individual able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
