About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test & Commissioning Team Leader to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the testing and commissioning activities for our railway signalling projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
  • Manage and coordinate the testing activities of our team members and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with Alstom's quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues during the testing phase.
  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in testing and commissioning. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to travel throughout Italy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
