About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test and Commissioning Team Leader to join our team in Bologna, Rome, Firenze, or Bari. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the commissioning of railway signalling projects, ensuring defects are identified and corrected, and managing testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines;
  • Manage testing activities on several railway signalling projects on SCMT-CTC technologies;
  • Ensure compliance with Alstom HR and EHS policies, local standards, and regulations;
  • Return experience with regards to non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase.
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in an industrial environment;
  • Available to travel throughout Italy;
  • Flexibility and agility;
  • Responsibility and ability to respect deadlines;
  • Passion for rail.
