About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test and Commissioning Team Leader to join our team in Bologna, Rome, Firenze, or Bari. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of delivering the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines;
  • Manage testing activities on several railway signalling projects on SCMT-CTC technologies, ensuring defects identification and correction;
  • Check the compliancy with Alstom HR and EHS policies, local standards, and regulations;
  • Make return of experience with regards to non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase.
