Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team in Firenze, Italy. As a Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for the implementation of internal system factory tests, test and commissioning activities, and site management for transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct factory tests and on-site commissioning activities, analyze results, and provide reports.
  • Participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and other entities.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities on-site and ensure compliance with quality and HSE procedures.
  • Apply quality procedures and HSE instructions to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in project reviews and collaborate with the team to finalize spare parts lists and schedules for deployment, testing, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology qualifications or equivalent technical background.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in deployment and/or test and commissioning activities for transportation projects.
  • Ability to work in a team and problem-solving environment.
  • Experience in multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Development/Software Engineering background.
  • Ability to work with dedicated repair software tools (e.g., JIRA, SAP).
