About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test & Commissioning Group Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the testing and commissioning activities for our railway signalling projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the testing and commissioning activities for railway signalling projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that testing and commissioning activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement testing and commissioning strategies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing and commissioning activities are aligned with project requirements.
  • Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with Alstom's quality and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in industrial environment.
  • Available to travel all around Italy.
  • Flexibility, agility, responsibility, and ability to respect deadlines.
  • Passion for rail.
