Telecommunication Engineer Position

In PICOSATS, we foster an agile working environment in the dynamic aerospace industry. This allows for collaboration with innovative start-ups and established companies, as well as universities with whom we have long-standing relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

This Telecommunication Engineer will work on developing satellite transceivers based on SDR architecture. The responsibilities include writing and maintaining software implementing protocols, testing systems developed in the laboratory.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital communications concepts (digital modulations, signal theory, signal and channel coding)
  • Understanding of RF systems architectures and theory (superheterodyne, SDR architecture, RF-sampling)
  • Programming skills, preferably in C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, and Python
Requirements:

Bilingualism in Italian and English is required.
