At Temmler Italia S.r.l., we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Project Director to join our team in Carugate, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive site and non-site based improvement initiatives project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical roles and continuous improvement initiatives, with the ability to drive programs or complex projects and contribute to accelerating programs in our sites.

Key responsibilities include driving ownership and accountability at the proper level, challenging assumptions and validating the sequence of activities for the best results, prioritizing resources and organizing recovery plans and action plans to keep projects on track. The successful candidate will be able to obtain buy-in, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements. Excellent communication skills and change management skills are essential for this role.

Requirements include a degree in Engineering, applied science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with any additional European language being a plus.
