About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team at Crédit Agricole Assurances. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support activities, including advising Bank Insurance Specialists on managing medical subscriptions and ensuring prompt customer assistance after sales.
  • Support Bank inquiries to facilitate CACI Dublin response as required.
  • Monitor internal processes of CACI Italy and the Bank to ensure timely and effective support to the Partner Network.
  • Develop the corporate training program, plan and coordinate training sessions with the Bank.
  • Provide process and product training to partner networks and area managers to support the launch of new products or campaigns.
  • Gather information on existing contracts and financial conditions of partners.
  • Contribute to the presentation and formalization of offers to potential partners in accompaniment to CACI teams.
  • Support CACI Milan and Dublin functions in interactions with partners.
  • Provide key contributions to the new product creation process.
  • Support and develop ad hoc, cross-cutting, and vertical projects.
  • Manage telemarketing activities, including verifying the performance of KPIs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Experience in sales and marketing support or a related field.
