We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Lungarno Lungarno Collection in Florence, Italy.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff and work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain our hotel's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their needs and concerns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management systems.
