We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and collaborating with the accounting team to maintain customer portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with hoteliers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide support
- Manage registrations and complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain customer portfolios
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel front office, OTA, or Tour Operator
- Proficiency in at least 3 languages: Italian, French, English, and Spanish
- Comfortable with MS Office package, web tools, and Gmail
- Strong self-motivation and teamwork skills
