Dentons Italy is seeking a talented and highly motivated Legal Trainee to join our Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Team in Milan.

About the Role

As a Legal Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain 360-degree work experience in a dynamic and international environment. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Requirements
  • Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
  • Between 4 and 6 months of proven comparable law firm experience, preferably in this area of practice.
  • You have had an experience abroad (Erasmus, LLM).
  • High level of English (Certificate C1). We also rate positively other foreign languages.
  • Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Global mindset and team player attitude.
  • You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT tools.
