Prelios Credit Solutions, a leading financial intermediary, is seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement restructuring strategies, including repossession and debt conversion;
  • Monitor and update the progress of restructuring projects and ensure timely repayment to Prelios and investors;
  • Manage relationships with representatives from other financial institutions involved in restructuring;
  • Present analysis and materials to Prelios' approval committee for strategic proposal approval.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial skills;
  • 3-5 years of experience in restructuring, preferably in banking or consulting;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of bankruptcy law.
