Job Title: Project Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Financial Manager to join our PowerLink Finance team in Milano. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all controlling activities related to assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain detailed project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Perform periodic analysis and explanation of financial project performance, including both PL and Cash profiles.
  • Update project budgets monthly to ensure accurate financial closure and forecasting.
  • Coordinate responses to external auditors.
  • Support Project Managers in preparing variation orders requests to customers.
  • Prepare invoices to customers and verify cash collections.
  • Coordinate activities related to monthly legal entity closure.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in Economics, Accounting, or Management Engineering.
  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly FI/CO/PS modules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Ppt.).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Controller, preferably in a project business company (EPCI) or audit company supporting clients' projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work within a team, under pressure, and with multiple deadlines.
