Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Commis de Rang for the upcoming season to enhance our restaurant operations.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and committed to personal and professional growth. A strong desire to contribute to the delivery of authentic and luxurious dining experiences is essential, showcasing qualities such as care, curiosity, and a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the operational standards of our Food & Beverage venues, ensuring adherence to company policies and high-quality service.
  • Prepare and maintain dining areas, including cleaning and setting up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware.
  • Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage mise en place to ensure readiness for service.
  • Oversee the customer experience, from the restaurant setup to the service delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to the needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Adaptability to identify and implement new approaches as needed.
  • Team collaboration skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and provide constructive feedback.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferred background in Tourism or Hospitality.
  • A passion for service and a desire for professional advancement.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, including internships.
  • References available upon request.
  • Fluency in Italian and a basic understanding of English.
  • HACCP Certification is a plus.
