Job Summary

We are seeking an Underwriting Assistant to support our underwriting team in evaluating and managing cyber risk for our clients. As an Underwriting Assistant, you will provide critical support in data analysis, risk assessment, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Support a profitable portfolio focused on providing Cyber Liability Coverage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist in the underwriting process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and security operations.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service/support experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Written language proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English, required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interest in technology and cyber risk and its evolving landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
