As a Banqueting Manager at Starhotels, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, from planning to execution. You will manage a team of banquet staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their banqueting requirements and providing customized solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning and execution.
  • Manage a team of banquet staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their banqueting requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction by ensuring service standards and quality.
Requirements:
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Ability to develop creative and unique event concepts that leave a lasting impression.
Language Skills:
  • Italian – fluently.
  • English – fluently.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
