Job Title: Global Legal Affairs Counsel Specialist

Job Summary:

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, is currently recruiting a Global Legal Affairs Counsel Specialist for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence. We are seeking a passionate legal professional with a knack for international law to join our dynamic Global Legal and General Affairs Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse array of agreements supporting business development, real estate, distribution, and logistics, with a special focus on oncology.
  • Due Diligence: Provide crucial support in due diligence for M&A and licensing projects.
  • Template Management: Develop and maintain legal templates to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support various legal matters.
  • Litigation Support: Assist in managing civil litigations and coordinate with external counsels.
  • Guidelines and Training: Contribute to the development of legal guidelines, procedures, and provide training to internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Master's Degree in Law.
  • Professional Experience: Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience with a strong track record.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as an in-house counsel in multinational companies and a background in life sciences law are highly desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies: Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Italian and English. Proactive and Business-Oriented: Ability to approach challenges with a proactive, business-oriented mindset. Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation. Legal Expertise: Exceptional drafting, negotiation skills, and legal acumen.
