Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with our Art Director and Creative Director to ensure the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables.
- Lead creative presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of our work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Promote a culture of creative excellence and innovation within the team, mentoring and growing young talents.
- 8-10 years of experience in international communication agencies, with a proven track record of success in copywriting and creative leadership.
- Native-speaking English (knowledge of Italian language is not required).
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of advertising, digital, and collateral, with the ability to develop and execute creative concepts that drive business results.
